Pricing and Online Purchasing
The first step in purchasing is to determine if you require RADREP Lite
or RADREP Extended.
You can purchase RADREP in a number of ways, the easiest and quickest is online
with a credit card. To purchase using a credit card simply select the number
of users you want to generate reports for from the 'Extended' or 'Lite' version
pricing tables below, and then click on the relevant 'Buy Now' button. You will
then be prompted to fill in and submit an online purchase order form. In the
online order form make sure you correctly fill in the 'Registration Name' field
as this name will appear in main headings of all generated reports and in the
RADREP 'About' dialogue box.
If you don't feel comfortable entering your credit card details online then
you can alternatively select one of Fax, Postal Mail, Purchase Order, or Phone
Order from the 'Purchase Options' section of the online purchase form. When
selecting one of these alternative payment methods simply follow the instructions
provided to complete the purchase.
After submitting a successfully completed order form, your order will be processed
for credit card verification. Upon successful credit card verification
you will receive an email confirming that the order has been successful and
your appropriate license of RADREP will be emailed to you there after. If an
online order is successfully placed and approved, the turn around time is generally
quick and you should expect to receive your registered version of RADREP within
eight hours. Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours after placing a successful
order for you to receive your licensed copy of RADREP, although this is a rare
occurrence and turn around times are usually within the stated.
Payment via direct wire transfer is also accepted on request but you
will need to email us first and we will provide you with a formal quote/invoice
and the relevant wire account details. If you are a reseller or integrator and
purchasing for one of your end customers, then send us an email stating the
end customer, product version and license size that is required and we can then
work out the best option for purchasing and payment.

All online purchases

Online Pricing Discount
The following pricing tables list special online discounted purchase
pricing only. Online purchases typically have far less overhead from a customer
handling and transaction point of view, so we are able to discount these purchases.
Recommended Retail Pricing (RRP) is twenty percent higher than the online list
price.
Volume Pricing Details
RADREP - Lite version
The 'Lite' version of RADREP allows you to selectively report on one
or all unique 'user-name' fields that are found in your RADIUS accounting
logs. Unlike the Extended version, it does not have the ability to read in additional
user grouping information from a CSV file (users.csv) or integrate with the
RSA ACE/Server. The Lite version does incorporate basic cost/charge allocation
report capabilities, however it does not have the ability to allocate different
fixed costs and charge rates to different users and groups. All users are billed
using the same fixed cost and variable charge rate.
Purchase the Lite version if you want to generate reports from RADIUS
accounting logs using only the RADIUS 'user-name' of each user as your report
selection criteria. The Lite version does not have the ability to externally
read extended user information such as a users 'first' and 'last' name, nor
does it have the ability to classify users into 'sites' and/or 'groups' so that
you can generate usage and billing reports for select communities of users.

RADREP - Extended version (For reporting with Extended user information OR Integration with RSA ACE/Server)
The 'Extended' version of RADREP includes two additional modules. One
module allows additional user information to be read in from a comma delimited
'CSV - file' called 'users.csv' the other allows integration with the RSA 'ACE/Server
Database'. Both these modules allow additional user information such as the
'site' and 'group' a user belongs to as well as the user's 'first' and 'last'
name to be read directly from a CSV file or the ACE/Server database. This additional
information is primarily used to group users for billing purposes as well as
add the ability to produce usage reports for select communities (sites and groups)
of users. The Extended version also incorporates advanced cost/charge allocation
report capabilities. It has the ability to allocate different fixed costs and
variable charge rates to different users, groups and sites.
Purchase the Extended version if:
1. You want the ability to define additional information for each RADIUS user,
such as a 'site/office' or 'group/department' that they belong to as well as
their 'first' and 'last' name. This will allow you you generate usage and billing
reports for a selected site, group or user and have the user's full name displayed
in the reports rather than just their RADIUS 'user-name', OR
2. You want to add an integrated RADIUS log file reporting mechanism to the
RSA ACE/Server.

Software Maintenance & Version Updates
When you purchase a licensed version of RADREP you are also entitled to any updates and new releases of the product (upon email request) for a period of 12 months. After 12 months have lapsed, if you want access to the latest version of RADREP you will need to purchase annual maintenance which is 25 percent of the current list price for the product volume you have purchased. If you are a maintained customer then you will have access to the latest version of RADREP dating 12 months from your maintenance renewal date.

Maintenance renewals can be purchased online via the maintenance renewal purchasing page.
Upgrading to the Latest version
If you have purchased a licensed copy of RADREP and are a maintained customer
then you are entitled to any version updates of the product as specified under
software maintenance. This includes any bug fixes and new features which may
become available. To receive the latest version of RADREP you can email
upgrades@radiusreporting.com. Please include your current product version
number, who it is licensed to and how many licenses you currently have. All
this is obtainable from the 'About' dialogue box of the product.
If you are no longer a maintained customer and you want to upgrade to the latest
version, it will cost you 25 percent of the current listed price for the number
of users you have purchased RADREP to report on. Maintenance will cover you
for the next 12 months of version updates. Maintenance is backdated, so if you
miss a year then you need to make this up by paying maintenance for each year
you missed up to and including the current year.
Upgrading to a larger license or to the Extended product
If you have purchased RADREP and want to increase your license or upgrade from the Lite to Extended product, please email sales@radiusreporting.com with your upgrade requirements. The cost will usually be the difference between what you originally purchased and the current list price of the license you require. For some existing customers who have requested customizations this figure may vary from the stated.
