Maintenance Renewal
If you currently have a license of RADREP and want to renew software maintenance for the next twelve months then the below maintenance renewal tables can be used to purchase maintenance online with a credit card.
As a maintained customer you are entitled to the following:
1. Version updates of the specified product (as they become available) which
will contain new features, enhancements and additional reporting capabilities.
2. Email notification will be given when major version updates are available.
Minor version updates are provided on email request only. Any upgrade questions
should sent to upgrades@radiusreporting.com.
3. Problems that are identified as software bugs will be addressed with priority.
4. Up to three email support incidents per year. Support incidents should be
emailed to support@radiusreporting.com
with a description of the problem being experienced.

All online purchases are
conducted by RegSoft using a secure transaction service.
